This program is specifically for private regulated and non-regulated railroads and utilities. This program offers cash allowances on select vehicles. All Vehicles delivered under this program must be titled, licenses and registered in the name of the eligible railroad, utility, or in the name of their fleet management company and retained by the eligible utility or railroad for use in the United States for a minimum of 6 months. The buyer's order and delivery information must show the same company as the ultimate end user. Vehicles registered in individual names or non-business entities are not eligible.
